RULES AND REGULATIONS 

​​

• Paper is supposed to be in IEEE format comprising of not more than 6 pages.

• Paper must contain participants name, college name, department, year,  e-mail ID and contact number.

• Maximum of 3 members per team is allowed.

• Participant's are not allowed to present more than one paper.

• Abstract of the paper must be sent to the mail ID elentrus18prezento@gmail.com and the file name should be in the title of the paper in .doc, .docx or .pdf format.

• Presentation time will be 10 minutes out of which 7 minutes is for presentation and 3 minutes for queries.

• The selected participants must bring 2 hard copies of documentation.

• Soft copy of the paper presentation should be strictly   brought  in Compact Disk(CD) only.

NOTE: Last date for submission of abstracts is 24th February and confirmation regarding selection of your abstract will be sent through mail by 25th February.
